Every year thousands of people across Canada come together to raise money and awareness for the much-needed funds towards IBD research with the Gutsy Walk for Crohn's and Colitis!

I had a chance to chat with Regina's Honourary Chair, Trent Linford about Regina's walk coming up on June 9th!

It's been a busy year for the former Birsay, Saskatchewan native, Jason Hastie, with a stop last month in Toronto  for the Canadian Music week show case! I got to chat with Jason about the show case as well as his latest single "Fallen to Far" off the upcoming EP Turning Point, due out April 30th!
