Stephen Maguire

Stephen Maguire has been compared to Johnny Reid time after time with his edgy vocals, thought-provoking songwriting and commanding stage presence. Recent highlights include opening for B.J. Thomas, John Oates and Nanci Griffith, and being invited to perform at the prestigious Belfast Nashville Songwriters Festival three years in a row. He won a National Philanthropy Award for his work with the Red Cross, including staging the Flood Relief Concerts that raised over $60,000.

    Stephen is a force to be reckoned with - I LOVE his blues-y vibe and amazing vocal ability!! He definitely deserves to be "THE NEXT BIG THING" - although some of us all ready think he is :) GO STEPHEN!!!!!!!

    I am lucky enough to have been able to catch Stephen's amazing live shows when he is home in Belfast. His lyrics and vibe truly capture the essense of home wherever that may be. "The Next Big Thing" is exactly what he is!!! GOOD LUCK STEPHEN!!!!! A Big Belfast YEEEEEOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO comin' at ya!!!!!!!

    Stephen is not only an extremely talented artist but he also has an amazingly great sense of humor and interacts with the audience as if each person was his friend. His performances are natural and from the heart! Stephen always keeps his beautiful side Tera and adorable son Mason his #1 priority even when he is shining in the spotlight! I have never met a performer so true to his family and friends by always showing that they mean the world to him. I would hit 10000 likes if I could as in my eyes nobody deserves this as much as he!     Stephen Maguire is a true talent. His voice is unique and compelling.
    His music is fresh and addictive. I have had the opportunity to see Stephen live and it remains one of the best live performances I have ever attended.

    When I first heard this song I played it over 3 or 4 times before listening to the rest of the CD. The lyrics took me back to my home town and how it shaped who I am today. Thanks Stephen.

    Stephen Maguire has already been the Next Big Thing for awhile for those who've seen him. He is a musician in the truest sense of the word. I can't wait for Saskatchewan to figure out what his fans already know.
