Captain Obvious

Cirque De Soleil, though it's not easy to spell...it's an amazing spectacle.

Last night I had the chance to see Saltimbanco! It was my 2nd Cirque experience. I was blown away...like seriously, human beings aren't supposed to be able to do that kind of stuff! It was like a bunch of Spidermen flying around the Brandt Centre. If you have a chance to check out the show before the weekend is over, I guarantee you will get value for your dollar.

Now...on to the point of this entry...you ever go to the movies...and there's someone sitting near you, that likes to point things out in the movie...things everybody else knows? "I bet he's a bad guy" or "I bet that'll come back later" Yeah, that guy.

Last night we happened to be sitting next to him. Captain Obvious.

For example, a man walks onto the stage...carrying 3 rubber balls in his hands...and holds them up for the crowd - Captain Obvious says: "I bet he's a juggler"

They set up ropes from the ceiling - Captain Obvious says: "I bet they'll climb those"

and on and on......................You get the point.

So I'd like to say thank you to that man...for constantly enlightening me and everyone around him with his astute observations and analysis...I don't think I could have gotten through the show without you...AND, you were right...that guy DID juggle!
