It's been a busy year for the former Birsay, Saskatchewan native, Jason Hastie, with a stop last month in Toronto  for the Canadian Music week show case! I got to chat with Jason about the show case as well as his latest single "Fallen to Far" off the upcoming EP Turning Point, due out April 30th! Bad Habits that are good for you!!!

One of my worst habbits is procrastinate, but while I was avoiding being productive I came across some bad habits that are actually good for you!!!

#1. Procrastination:

If you're like me it's easy to spend alot of time on youtube or going through meme's and that's fine cause it's good for us!

Here's why a hearty chuckle is so good for you: "Laughter activates blood vessels to release the chemical nitric oxide, which causes them to enlarge and can help reduce blood pressure," says coauthor Michael Miller, MD.

The harder you laugh, the bigger the benefits-deep belly laughs, not light chuckles, are more likely to trigger the healthy chemicals. BAM! SCIENCE! Tell that to your boss next time they catch you on youtube and avoiding work :p

#2: Skip your work out for a couple days:
