You've probably heard me talking on my show about how one of my guilty pleasures is watching Hannah Montana. I'll be the first one to admit that it's over-acted, Miley Cyrus can be a tad annoying, and Billy Ray's hair makes me irate. But there's a young actress who very much stands out on the show. Her name is Emily Osment, who yes, is the younger sister of Haley Joel Osment. Why does she stand out?? Because every time I see her, I swear she's Carrie Underwood's twin!
